Cory Untch has twenty-seven years of combined hospitality experience. He has applied his expertise and partnered with luxury properties across the United States. Cory has gained value in his experience working with The Ritz-Carlton, The Little Nell, The Inn at Dos Brisas, The Hermitage Hotel, Ted Turner's Vermejo Reserve, and C Lazy U Ranch. Cory is known for his live-fire outdoor and indoor cooking. He received accolades from Food and Wine Magazine and was featured in The Wall Street Journal. 

Chef Cory has had the privilege to cook as a private chef for the first family of the white house in 2012 while they visited Aspen, Colorado. Cory has led teams at five Forbes Five Star Hotels and Resorts. Cory's Cusine is about perfecting simplicity with clean, vibrant, and bold flavors from all parts of the world.
